Dr. Knighton obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from York University.  He then studied at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2008.  He is the founder RAGE Fitness Consultants and co-founder of 9Training Fitness Associates which specializes in high performance athletic conditioning and periodization. Dr. Knighton is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and attends numerous post-graduate courses across North America. He frequently conducts health fairs and workshops for community groups, organizations and businesses in Oakville and the surrounding communities.
